my first semi decent flat white! im a 299 and havent had much time to practice! this is the first time i got a nice dot in the center :) (i.redd.it)

Nice dot indeed.
Less aeration for a thinner foam. Angle the cup at 45° and pour from about 8-12 inches away and down the side of the cup. This helps the crema of the espresso come to the top and give it that contrast.

love it! flat whites are a favorite of mine! i do mine brewed with raw sugar & coconut milk which helps me practice with the fat , & doesn’t kill my gut with all the dairy.
