Just leave. The COVID check-in sheet you fill in at the beginning of your shift is considered a legal document so if you put that you failed on it and they make you stay they can get in a lot of trouble. Don't put others at risk please. It may be inconvenient for them but it'll be a lot more inconvenient when your store is shut down.
