Shit day at work and I wanted to vent on here bc who else will I tell? Then I realized that if I post what happened it’ll be very likely that someone from my store will find it, bc today was just. A day. Absolutely awful 0/10

There’s at least 5 people at my store that actively use reddit, this sub specifically. Two are both of the SSVs at my store 😂

No because they all seem oblivious. Today especially, I seem to be the only one who knows what the drive through goal time is and how much we exceed it. I also seem to be the only one concerned about our connection score. Then in a discussion about the proper build for a mocha cookie crumble, I got overruled that it has whipped cream and 7 shakes of crumble at the bottom. I’m just like I’ll just stand here at the window and shut up cause y’all gonna do as you please . .

There’s always a daily debate at my store on how certain drinks are made. Training is very inconsistent at my store, because half the night crew will train people and they don’t follow standard at all, while morning crew does so that’s always an argument.

For many drink ingredient questions all you have to do is look at the menu in the app that customers use! I know it’s on the POS too and on the iPad if you can find one and take the time! That should settle arguments
