i think there should at a very least be a limit to the customizations. like below 5 and below. i dont feel like we get payed enough for the amount of time we put into the drinks sometimes lol

I’m fine with the customizations. It’s a differentiator. The app just needs to be better. Group the categories together (milks, syrups, inclusions) so it’s easier to read the ticket. I’d say upcharging more for extra syrups could be implemented, but if the business it drives outweighs the cost of the syrups and stuff then it doesn’t make sense for them to change it and upset customers who might then stop coming.

Incorrect. They should limit some app issues, but that’s about it. If we did that then we would be dunkin😂

they need to make the app more uniform. make the layout of the customizations the same as the labels on the actual cups themselves when the sticker prints out
