the only time i’m okay with it is our regular who gets a mocha with no ice and 17 pumps of mocha and 6 shots of espresso but she’s the sweetest customer. she makes an effort to get to know the baristas and is such a sweetheart in the store. a real light in the dark when she comes in during a rush :)

Actually probably. In ny experience that usually why people order drinks like that. As a partner ill Actually do somthibg like this like so I can just go home and water it down so u have enough to share with my SO lol.

How is that even legal? I've been told at my store that we have a limit on number of shots (can't remember what it is but I'm pretty sure it's under 10) like that's enough caffeine to put someone into cardiac arrest.

Barely. It was literally to the brim. The customer said “whatever space is left after the mocha and shots, just fill with caramel”. it was about a 1/4 inch of space before caramel.
