As an opener, I promise I would love to get the dishes done for the closers. I genuinely love doing dishes, especially when DT is the alternative.

As someone who primarily closed - I honestly didn't care what got done / didn't get done. If it got done, cool, if not, no big deal. I'd do it at some point during the close.

I still have nightmares about closing on holidays and laugh about the time I tried to break down the bar, wash everything and put it back before I left after opening. So it's all in good spirits.

We made this once! It was actually really yummy, even better than matcha sweet cream foam (also I swear if one more customer orders that in the middle of peak I’m gonna scream)

So, a pink drink with matcha cold foam? Sorry, I'm just a customer but the trenta pink drink with no strawberries is my jam, would I be a dick if I ordered it with the cold foam? I always try to avoid orders that are a pain, and I already feel bad about ordering it with no strawberries
