How does your espresso pull so well lmfaoooo ours are sh*t compared to that no matter how much we try fixing it

If your machines are properly calibrated you shouldn't have a problem. I f they are, you just have to have the espresso hitting the walls of the cup when it's running to avoid bubbles.

Wait, so what's the trick? Is there a way you can tell when to stop pouring and to start designing? I'm dying to figure this out!

No you don't have to stop, I just prefer it this way so I have more control to where I'll start my design. The only trick is to make a good base. There's a book that helped me which I'll be uploading some parts of it in a post soon.
