Can somebody give me tips on how to do the impossible. I’ve had a couple customers come in asking for this and I never know how to go about it. Do I fill it up like a latte? Leave the cup half empty?

You gotta let them know what's gonna happen, that any foam you can get will quickly collapse, and then fill the cup up with what you have when you have it. So basically a latte, but they'll know why if it's well short of full when they get it.

Ask if they’d be okay with a splash of whole milk in it as well to help get a thick foam
