hi! i started a few weeks ago and although i have months of barista experience, starbucks is VERY different from locally owned shop i used to work at. there are a few questions i have that i usually just don’t have the time to get to because my store is very busy, so it’s hard to take care of them during my shift. so i’m gonna ask them here. how do i add my partner numbers to my app? can someone explain claiming tips to me? and how do i check my schedule from my phone? any help is appreciated! also, has anyone used Lyra? and if so, are copays/fees required?

You have to add your partner numbers through the website! Go to your profile on the website and you should be able to
To check your hours from your phone there should be a QR code somewhere in your store to download the hub app, which you download Starbucks app cafe through, which lets you get the partner hours app

for the qr code if you can’t find it in the store log into partner hub and search “qr code” and it should be the first link that has the code and instructions for what to do

Just the Starbucks rewards website where you can login and see your account info! I don’t know the exact link but it’s not a partner specific website
