wtf they should definitely not be shutting down the 2nd mastrena that long before closing, if at all :/ im sorry that this adjustment isnt going smoothly for you :(

compared to my busy ass store, this feels like a nightmare.

we always have 2 people on bar for closing shifts usually. i can’t believe they are making you solo AND shutting a mastrena down on you. i understand lower volume stores not having a second blender base but wow i feel like that would suck...

Unfortunately in having the same experience. I transferred a month ago and I’m always out on bar for like 6-8 hours a day and it’s BUSY. Everyone orders like 3-8 fraps at a time. I don’t get I’m not out anywhere else and it’s very frustrating

Omg first of all I want to say I’m so sorry!!! No one should have to go through stress like this. But I also want to say your not alone! My tarbucks has been extremely understaffed and I’m working almost 40 hr a week even thought I asked for 25! It’s been a hard time recently for so many baristas, I hope your store gets it all figured out and you get your morning shifts too! :D sending love your way!
