They pay bi weekly
My area has a bit higher starting pay
Tips depend on your store and your hours, but working 20hrs per week I’m making right around $15-20 in tips per week cash (haven’t checked digital tips)

I work in central Florida, and that was the starting rate for me too :)
Bi-weekly, and I average 30 hours a week with $30-40 in tips. That number will largely depend on your store though. Some stores have better tippers, so I’d go ahead and say that tips are unreliable. Hope that helps!
