Have you ever called pcc to file a report on your dm?My dm has been steadily declining on treating us partners like human beings. It’s a collective thought between pretty much all out us in her district. I’ve been telling them all to call pcc to get it investigated as it’s border line bullying and we all end up calling at least one other sm member crying because he never has any positive input and threatens our jobs for the dumbest things, but another sm is saying those calls to pcc aren’t as confidential as they say and now we are all scared for backlash.

Your safety will be in numbers. If a single call goes through it will be easy to track down. But if 3, 8, 20+ partners all go at the same the time? Way more safety AND there will be more investigation.

They will also most likely send your RD out to investigate if there are enough calls, especially as it sounds the allegations are serious enough. You ALL need to be honest with the RD, or whomever they send out. If nothing changes, or there is any sort of retaliation you call pcc again, or your RVP. Also, your RD will be notified of the investigation, regardless of who actually does the investigating, so if there is any retaliation from your DM it will be obvious.

If you are going to go this route just make sure to have plenty of documentation (date, time, nature of conversation etc). If this person is behaving this way it is best to have specific examples of that behavior to present to PR.
