We had someone who wanted a nitro and our nitro machine isn’t working so we offered a cold brew, he asks do you have decaf cold brew, which we don’t so he took a decaf americano, but how do you go from asking for a nitro to a decaf cold brew? Also had someone a couple weeks ago want the brown sugar oat milk, we were out of brown sugar, so she says I want something healthy and not too sweet, then orders I think it was a vanilla sweet cream cold brew with sweet cream cold foam...yeah because that’s healthy and not too sweet 🙄
