I had an interview at a different location to the one I applied to and they just asked me questions off a chart. Any tips for a potential new hire?

In general, I'd just advise you to listen thoroughly to what the others tell you. It sounds ridiculous, but there are so many people at my store who just blatanty ignore what others tell them in favor of the "easier" ways.
Once, when I was new, somebody made a venti white mocha and left a TON of room in the cup. I knew it wasn't me, but an experienced barista told me she thought it was me because I was steaming milk weird. Did I argue and tell her it wasn't? Nope, I told her it probably had been me- and then listened when she told me the correct way to steam milk.
This job is all about doing things correctly and working as a team. As long as you try your hardest and make things easier for the crew, you're good!
