To have to ask this is ridiculous, its pbvious that people who order light ice want more beverage in the cup. Explaining that its “an espresso forward beverage” and made for only a splash of milk doesnt make any sense to customer looking to get the most out of paying almost 6 dollars for a drink.

Light ice on any espresso drink is dumb to me because you're never actually getting more coffee, you're just getting more milk. Different strokes, I guess.

Yeah I had to explain to a customer “espresso Shots are a certain size and pulled individually per shot. It’s not like drip coffee which is free poured. If you want more coffee, you have to pay to add shots.” He was nice about it tho & appreciated me clearing up his confusion

I just get light ice because it takes me too long to drink my drink. It gets watered down too quickly. I don't mind the space!
