What exactly is a reserve Starbucks store? I’ve never really knew why there’s so different from regular Starbucks locations (self.starbucksbaristas)

From what i hear they still have old syrups and stuff that are no longer used.

I think there is a reserve store like two hours away and i do know they serve alcohol. And ice cream with shots.
