Can I still get employed if only available to work for the weekends? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Bout to change my availability to work only on the weekends. Mainly because another job just called me back and said that it's a mon - fri from morning to afternoon (8am to 5pm). I just want to know can I still work at Starbucks on the weekends if I put my availability to be opening to mid afternoon / pre closing?

It depends on your SM and DM’s policy around availability. I’m an SM and we require two days worth of availability. Also, I would kill for a weekend only barista 😂

Depends on the store needs! My store has like 4 people who only work one weekend morning because they want the markout/discount/Spotify/whatever but have a full time job elsewhere

Depends on store/area. But for reference, my store has 5-6 partners who only work 1 day and maybe 2 days some weeks so, there’s definitely a want/need for it at some stores
