Can I just say I hate the user interface on this. If you have to ask this question then that means they made it too confusing for users to understand what we're saying.

Looks to me like that should be it. I'm pretty sure I just left it blank on the days I didn't want to be scheduled. I'd just show that to your manager. They can adjust their scheduling accordingly, or tell you what to do to fix it.

Start date says 4/10... that’s in the future
Edit: I misunderstood the post. Was it approved? You should definitely have a face to face talk to your SM. Hopefully it’s an honest mistake and not total negligence on their part
