Yeah whenever people say they want whipped cream, purée, or whatever layered in on the top bottom and middle I just ignore it. There’s no button for it, it doesn’t say it on the sticker, I’m not doing it 🤷🏻♂️

Someone tried to order this a few weeks ago and my coworkers and I were all like “.....we don’t have that but you can blend a caramel macchiato?” And then I tried to explain that we can either do that or make them a caramel frap and I think the guy wanted just chose the caramel macchiato blended lol

It's stuff like this that made me praise the old gods I worked in a Canadian store, at least in the ones from my city we were prohibited from blending anything apart from liquids and specific frapp inclusions (java chip you get my drift). No fresher inclusions not even a banana lol.

It seems really hit or miss for which Bux carry them. I haven't seen them in canandian stores for a few years, and I've only seen them in Michigan stores. I buy one whenever I see it since the Yiga Clan fan boy in me can't help it
