Let me preface this by saying I’ve never worked for Starbucks before so I’m not very knowledgeable on the internal culture, however I have help multiple retail management roles. So I do understand customer service and a lot of the joys of retail.

I have an opportunity for a Starbucks Store Manager position. It’s a significant amount more than I’m making in my current role and the benefits are better. What are some things you wish you’d known about the role beforehand? What are some of the pros and cons of Starbucks leadership? Any advice anyone wants to share is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
