Meanwhile the only thing left in the cup is ice because they drank nearly all of it and only knew there was hazelnut in it when they took a look at the sticker. Then when I mentioned that it must not have been that terrible since they managed to drink basically all of it, they asked for the SM.

we have a regular that does this all the TIME where she orders something really simple, drinks like half of it, then complains it wasn’t made right and asks for another. like mam if it sucks why did you keep drinking it???? why do you do this like weekly????

Probably the same lady that was doing the same thing at my store, until my SM finally worked a shift where she came in and banned her.

Reminds me of my cousin years ago. We took some of the extended family out to a steak dinner and he ordered ribs. He finished the entire plate, sides, meat and all...
Then asked the waitress to take it off the bill because he didnt like them. Cant make this shit up!

We also have a regular, orders the same exact thing every morning and has her husband pick it up. And like clockwork calls about once a month saying that her order was wrong and attempts a remake/refund.
