How to make an iced green tea latte with cold foam look good? (self.starbucksbaristas)
submitted by jonapoo123
Every time I make this drink it looks garbage like the foam just sinks below the foam of the green tea and it just doesn’t look uniform. Any tips on how to make the foam not sink?

So I don’t know if this will help BUT this will make less green tea foam.

Put the milk, ice, and matcha in the cold foam blender on 3. Then top it with cold foam. There won’t be the green tea foam for it to combine with so it might sit better.

I always use the lid of shaker to help hold back the foam. It isn’t perfect but it’s much better

Shake the matcha and milk without any ice so it doesn’t foam up and then it layers perfectly with everything else

Dont shake the matcha up and down like a refresher, hold the shaker sideways shake it in like a circular motion, makes way less foam that way
