Didn’t Receive T4 Slip (self.starbucksbaristas)

Hello! So I’m a former barista (2016-2020), and since I worked for about half of 2020, I should have received my tax slip from Starbucks. I didn’t get anything, and when I contacted my old manager he said he wasn’t able to help. I’m not really sure what to do! Has anyone had this problem before?
