probably so it’s harder to ignore the filth & kinda forces us to maintain at least some level of cleanliness. but also yes my store is ab 2mos old.

Yeah I don’t know. My store is a little bit over a year old. All partners who help out from other stores think our counters are so pretty. They don’t have to clean them every day though.

they’re non-slip!!! soooo much better than the tile. the store i trained at had tile + the mats and i damn near ate shit several times.

both of the morning shifts are pretty good ab making sure tasks get done but some days are just,,,, chaos and tasks do not get done. i totally understand.

there are 4 drains in the front (1 by ovens/urns, 2 for cold bar, and 1 one for hot bar) and 2 in the back (cold brew prep sink & dish washing sink) and i’d venture to say it maybe takes 30 minutes?? i don’t take the grates back to the sink though, i scrub them on the floor while the cleaner is soaking in and then rinse them by running the water from the faucet and pouring a trenta cup of water over them.

Must be a stand alone Starbucks. I work at a Target with one in it and we all pretty much make the standard 15 right now. That and the benefits package are the only reason I'm still there. If something else comes along that pays more, I'm out!
