How interesting, I went through training about 6 months ago and I swear that is what was taught. After reading this post, I went through the recipe cards and policy but couldn't find anything on it.

It's against policy to do this. Everything has to b able to fit in one cup. Also we sell drinks not components

It looks like the person on POS just punched it in as 20 quad espressos instead of four 20shot drinks, so it technically does fit in one cup

Disagree about the last part. Even though it’s an insane amount and ridiculous to order, people order solo or doppio espresso all the time and those are technically just “components” too.
