Not saying this to all partners , Just to those who come in like a rude customer.
So, it was packed / rush **(Obviously)** and I was on register. 4 hours past and my anxiety was up-there **(I have not made cold brew, cleaned / restocked or anything! And customers were removing their chips TOO EARLY before it could be accepted -\_-).** 30 mins left till closing and a "partner" comes in asking for a frapp and asking what kind of toppings we have. She was on the phone **(Seriously stop ordering while your on the phone!)** and became upset cause I didn't have **ANY OF THE** **HOLIDAY SEASONAL TOPPINGS!** So thus, she left TO THEN 11 minutes later come back to ask me again what toppings we have and being hella rude gave me her partner num.
At the end of closing, My shift told me that she works at the SB 2 BLOCKS AWAY! Like girl, why didn't you walk to your store OR ANY OTHER STORE if you were pissed we didn't have praline / holiday sprinkles / caramel crunch, etc.!?

Ugh - I'm sorry, that sounds crappy. Luckily I haven't encountered any partners like that yet.
I always get so nervous going to any Starbucks during peak (I was already nervous about this before becoming a partner) and I always try to be super understanding. I come up with like 3 drinks in case they're out of something. And I NEVER go to any Starbucks within the last 20 minutes of them being open.
Give a little courtesy to your fellow partners people! ✌🏻
