Hi guys! I’ve been a barista for the last six months and just became a shift supervisor! I’m proud of myself for moving up fairly quickly and really happy with my decision accepting this position, but it is still a lot to learn and a huge responsibility. I don’t want to do the wrong thing or mess up! Any tips/advice/beware for a new shift? Thanks!
