so when we are in a rush, we tend to add more of one thing than another and sometimes we have a small bit leftover.

i had a lady who would come to starbucks, order a water and sit at the table closest to bar and whenever she saw that there was ANYTHING leftover in a pitcher or a cup, she’d ask us to throw it in an espresso cup for her. we let it slide the first couple times but then she would come in almost every day expecting to drink all the leftovers!
