Hi all, I was wondering if you could help me out with my transfer situation. So, I have been working at my current Starbucks since the beginning of March, and I really don’t like my drive thru store. The baristas aren’t nice and they don’t listen to my schedule and it’s all around just a mess there. I want to transfer to a cafe store down the road but I wanted to know if there’s any requirements I need to meet before I can ask to transfer. Thanks!

As in last month March? Or March 2020? Unless it’s changed, I was told that you can’t transfer stores for 6 months after getting hired/transferring to a store. May want to double check on that part. If anything talk to the cafe store manager to make sure they’re accepting transfers. If they are print out the transfer request form from the hub and give it to your current manager
