Hi! My name is Andy (nickname), and I have a question about my application!
I stopped working for Starbucks because my manager showed extreme favoritism towards a specific employee because they hired them as they were their friend. My manager kept putting me in roles I asked not to be put in because it was giving me panic attacks - they even got mad at me and said: "IT'S YOUR JOB!" when I told them I couldn't do it, even explaining I have ADHD and it makes/made it difficult. They kept telling me they would try and start putting me in new positions but never would, or would at and switch it up when I got there, and some other shift managers would do the same at times.

Since then, I've gotten in a better position mentally, and I want to reapply for a job at Starbucks. I actually enjoyed working there and can now handle all the positions there. It's been 8 months since then. I ended up just not going back to work, and I was "terminated," but they told me that I was marked as re-hireable. I tried getting in contact with them after all this time to make sure, but they never got back to me. Should I go ahead and apply and see if I can get it? And when applying, would I mark my employment status as "terminated" or "quit/resigned" since I technically just stopped going?

Thanks very much for the help!

If you just stopped going - its a termination. Quitting/ resigning is leaving with notice on good terms.
