Best tip: just ask what else needs to be done! I promise NO ONE expects you to know everything after one try at it!

I always make sure when I close as shift that I have at least these four things done: temps and milk count, food pulled, money counted and dropped in safe, and that all doors are properly locked. Everything else is just standard clean and close. Hope this helps!
