Background Check Question (self.starbucksbaristas)

Hey everyone! So I worked for Starbucks back in 2013 and left for personal reasons. Applied again and got offered a position pending my background check. I just checked the site and it says it’s “ready to view” since last night. Is there any reason it would come back as unhirable? I don’t have any felony or misdemeanor convictions which seems to be what I’ve read online has stopped people from getting hired. Am I just being paranoid?

Honestly, I’m going to guess that it’s probably just paranoia. I did the exact same thing when my background check came around, and I totally passed even though I was freaked out for like three days! You said you haven’t done anything wrong and I’m going to guess that whoever is receiving your application and background check is a bit busy, and you shouldn’t worry about it! Good luck!😋
