So, my questions are:
1. Can employees give them to each other or can they only be given to employees by shift-leaders/foremen/mgmt)
2. Besides morale, are these redeemable or anything?
Any other tips or advice is welcome! We just got these, no one knows what to do with them, and I’m the only one doing the research.

At my store all of us are allowed to give out these cards! It’s a great way for other baristas to compliment and express gratitude to any of the partners at the store. My bestfriend who I’ve been friends with since like 8th grade works with me and I often just write funny inside jokes to her

Amazing. Is it just a morale thing? Which is great, but I thought I heard someone say you collect like ten of them and you get something.

I haven’t heard anything about redeeming them for something we’ve had them for a longggg time at my store so it could’ve been in the beginning but I haven’t heard anything since I started about them
