Coming from someone who had a similar situation but actually was handled a bit better only to end up at a mess of a store...I'd say go to the interview if you think it's worth it but just keep an eye out for any red flags. Sounds to me like the store will probably be hell if that's disorganized but it could also just be a bad week or something
