and then why do i get yelled at for it!!! i will obviously still serve the customer but i’m not gonna go out of my way to kiss their ass like my manager does. i’m not going to be treated like that. i will hand them their order and that’s that

Because as soon as you put that apron on, people believe that you are no longer a person, managers included
