A guy came in to my store and ordered a hazelnut frapp (I ranged it up as a vbean creme frapp, removed the powder and added the syrup) in the corner of my eye I see the guy asking my partner on bar if he made it with soy milk. My partner asked if he told me at the register that he wanted soy milk. He didn't replied and so he looked at me and I answered a bit aggravated "No, he didn't." My partner remade it with soy and the customer was light laughing saying "Mistakes happen, don't worry about it. You didn't knew." Like I was to blamed that I didn't knew he wanted soy milk instead of whole. -\_-
Like does anyone go to McDonald's, order their order with no customization and just when they get their food be like "Oh yea and I want an apple pie" Or "This has extra bacon, right?" WHEN YOU HAD THE CHANCE TO SAY SOMETHING IN THE BEGINNING!?

I feel like people do that to get out of paying the up charge for substitute milks.
On another note, I worked at McDonald’s and there was a woman who regularly would order a quarter pounder meal, and get to the window and say to us: “My food has no salt right? I can’t eat salt. There better be no salt on this or else I’ll get you ALL fired!” ....and would get mad if we rang her order in with no salt. I don’t know if it was to guarantee her food was fresh but idk. We didn’t like Salt Lady.

Ooh this makes me mad. I had a girl come in (this same group of people came in and ordered 3 separate times it was all around sketch) and she asked for a drink I forget what it was but say "iced latte with 3 pumps vanilla 2 raspberry extra shot" something extra like that. And bc it was a kinda strange one to get I went ever the whole order stating the drink and all the add ins plus some food.
She then gets all the way to the end and rudly says "this is supposed to be almond milk not regular milk. I asked for almond milk the person at the counter must have messed up" Coworkers remade the drink. I didn't hear about this till after so when my coworkers brought it up about how rude it was I was like "?? I remember this girl I specificly went over her order with her bc it was a strange drink"
Needless to say they were not surprised bc of how sketchy the group was

I've had the same. People rarely want 2% on Green Tea lattes, so I ask "It's made with 2%, is that okay?" and at the window she said "I said Almond milk"
And I said loudly "the fuck she did!"
And I said loudly "the fuck she did!"
