i had someone do that on mobile and they were so confused when i went to hand it to them when they came in. they didn’t know that it was gonna look like that so they asked me to put ice in it afterwards

We were told that we have to fill it with milk now, so iced, no ice latte

The first week of this new launch, people kept ordering that. I make it the way it comes standard and shake it with ice and then strain the ice out then I just fill the cup all the way with the milk. I think maybe they want it cold but they don’t want ice in the way of their drink? I’m that way with a lot of drinks, just not espresso lol. And then I also don’t burn myself when I make it too.

Weekly update said we’re supposed to ask if they want room or milk if they order light ice. I would guess the same would be true for no ice? For mobiles I would leave the room and fill it more if they ask. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I don’t know how everyone is holding the shakers, but my lid has never popped off? People in my store were complaining about the chocolate almond milk always exploding, but I haven’t had it happen!

NEVER make an iced shaken espresso with no ice. I had to learn the hard way. Don’t hurt yourself please 😩
