understaffed. customers were back on their bullshit. in the same position for most of my 6 hour shift. fave co-workers weren’t scheduled today. time for a depression nap.

me today, we had 4 partners for the entire day and mobile orders just would not stop coming in. no time to clean or restock or even make cold brew until we closed, it was exhausting lmao

Being understaffed, rude customers, constant pressure for DT times, CC scores, we’re never doing well enough according to SM and DM. Every shift I finish work and go home and feel like that.

How I felt today after being cold bar during peak (with a 91 half hour on a MONDAY) and then being put on window for the last 2 hours of my long ass shift :/

Me solo barring because we are extremely understaffed (supposed to at least have another person or two on bar), with my manager refusing to order supplies. My store has been out of venti cups, heavy whipping cream, and vanilla

I work at a 24 hour store and it's annoying because we only have 3-4 people on an overnight, during weekends were usually wrapped until about 130am and then still have to do all the cleaning, components, restocking and extra before 4am when the morning crew shows up and they still bitch about what we don't get done even if it's something as small as 4 caramels and a counter isn't wiped. One of our morning shifts went to our SM and complained about it and now we're losing one of our favorite and best shifts on overnight to the mornings because people really think we're just out here with our thumbs up our asses not doing shit even though we get the store ready for them in the AM. This shift literally described us "banditos" 🤦‍♀️😑

Yesterday everyone was doing something ( I guess) and they had my soloing drive and making the drinks at the same time...

This is me today because our window register is broken. Keep having to explain to people that we have to walk up front to ring them up. “Yes Susan, the same person that touches your coffee, also has to touch your phone if you want to use the app”

All locations in my area are either closed or on reduced hours since Friday except for us 🙃 Saturday a customer yelled at me till I cried, Sunday we finally got our mobiles shut off and Monday our drive thru line was out to the road - one lady complained about the wait so I looked at our timer... Bitch been in the active line 5min. Not my fault you saw the longass line and thought it'd be fine. You aren't my problem until you hit the speaker box 😉

Me coming home from my Sunday shift, I had to call in on Monday because my anxiety peaked. I’m lucky I have a nice SM who understands, I might’ve been fired otherwise because I basically texted her once and then ignored everyone all day. I felt really bad but I really couldn’t deal with it.
