my boss will NOT let us say we are out of something if it is still frozen in the fridge. like for example say a customer wants a bacon cheddar and we have them frozen in the back but not properly thawed he wants us to take one from the back freezer and throw it in the microwave for a minute then the oven. and I just feel like that’s gross??? and unhealthy?? and not a thing he should be insisting we do because that’s gross????

i literally recall seeing in a weekly update very recently reiterating the fact that we are NOT allowed to do any type of quick thawing or anything to speed up the thaw process bc its a major health hazard and thats how you grow bacteria. so your manager is breaking sbux rules :/

yeah no I’m literally quitting because of the way he cuts corners, acts unprofessional, disrespects my college schedule, makes me uncomfortable in general, etc I promise I by no way stand by him in this it makes me literary LIVID that he does it
