Your manager is an idiot. That is also retaliation. You can’t legally punish your team with less hours because of a connection score... I get it if the labor numbers actually don’t permit/make sense for there to be more people, but simply cutting hours because of a connection score makes absolutely no sense... and is morally wrong.
