Performance conversation- confused at a reflection question’s meaning(self.starbucksbaristas)

The question is: What have you learned to help make an even bigger impact to our stores purpose? I’ve never had a performance & development conversation and I’m nervous but I also have no idea what this question is asking so I’m even more nervous- What does it mean?/asking?

This is something that all store managers are required to do every 6 months. It means nothing for us. It’s not like your answers are even going to affect the business because pretty much any suggestion for change is met with “follow the procedure/routine/cadence.”
