I love my crew and love making drinks. I’ve been a partner for 2 years.
Just a silly rant but is anyone upset about the amount of modifications people have been asking for? It’s driving me insane because some of the requests are just impossible to key in correctly. Then the customer is mad because of the price. Tik Tok drinks are killing me

Yeah seriously the one thing I always feel angry about is excessively modified drinks. At some point it’s just rude. This isn’t a make your own sundae bar. And I’m so sick of cold foam on EVERYTHING!

Yeah after a while it gets so ridiculous with the modifications to the point where there is no standard on making these drinks in a consistent matter because every barista will interpret the directions differently. I just wanna take out the trash and clean the bathrooms once in a while, not have to read a whole essay on a cup to make one shitty 10$ drink

Today someone raised their voice at me over the 8 mods they gave 3 drinks, the fact that I charged them for it, and that their EBT wouldn't cover all of them. 🥲
