2 plus 1 shift

1 barista 1 shift, the second barista comes in an hour or so after open later except some weekends it’s 2 hours after open

one barista, one shift, the next person is in an hour or two after we open

2 baristas and 1 shift at 3:30 to do the actual open, then one more barista at 4 when the store actually opens and customers can come. next barista usually comes at 5:30

we usually have 1 SSV and 1 barista, with the second barista arriving an hour later.

2 baristas and one shift open! we always get another person 2 hours later who then switches us out one by one to run our breaks

anywhere from 2-4 people

Depends on your store needs. We have 2 baristas and a shift, the 3rd barista gets there an hour after open.
