Congratulations and welcome!
The advice that I would give is everything has a pattern and don’t be hard on yourself if you don’t get it right away. Give yourself some grace. There are no dumb questions (seriously, don’t be afraid to ask your trainer anything).

Ask questions, and don’t worry about being a nuisance... everyone is a nuisance in the beginning lmao. Also, when you have down time, don’t stand around! Others will notice that, especially your shift lead, and they’ll know you’re not lazy lol if you aren’t sure what you could do on your free time, just ask your lead or just start cleaning :-)

One of my trainers had me take pictures of the POS order screens so that I could memorize them faster. The less time you have to spend searching for buttons, the better. Especially the modifier pages (e.g. vanilla bean powder, caramel crunch topping, double blended, etc), because you're absolutely going to need them.

If your store doesn't have a cheat sheet for sizes/pumps/shots posted, then make yourself one for standard builds (lattes, fraps, and refreshers) to study/memorize. Take a few minutes before your shifts to study the new/seasonal drink recipes until you can guess it right before looking.

The ipad really is a great resource. All your recipe cards, your schematics for the bakery case, keg change routines, etc., is all in there for you.

Download this expiration date list to your phone - you can always ask, but this is such a timesaver: $1

And, yeah, other people have said it but it bears repeating: if you find yourself standing around, see what you can restock (cups, lids, fridges) or wipe down. If you're not in the middle of a rush, you should be prepping for the next one.

Done is better than perfect.

Everything everyone else said, plus if you learn by writing things down, make index cards for the drinks! Literally saved me. Make sure you have comfy shoes. And remember at the end of the day it’s just coffee lol ☕️
