I explained that at least five times a day lol. Same for the stars for merchandise. Some people were chill, some stormed off without getting anything

I'm at a 6 or so, it doesn't come up often lol.. i run into having to instruct them as to how to use the mobile app to pay like a gift card on our system more since its a weird process
