I mean... When my shift gave me the talk about how ringing up everything, even free modifications is important bc it helps with getting all the labour we do accounted for as well as tracks inventory properly it made sense but then why don't we ring up the hundreds of remakes we do in a day? Where it's bc someone didn't use their brain and took a drink that clearly wasn't for them, the baristas made it incorrectly, or they try to cheat the system by ordering a tall and saying they thought it was the largest size, I think there should be a "remake" button on pos or something.
