Maybe wait until Monday? Most managers do their admin stuff on mondays so I'd give them a call Monday to see what's up. They usually have will call you on a monday too in order to schedule an interview

hey there! So if it brings you any comfort, I had to literally track down my store's manager in order to get an interview. I applied, waited two weeks, called the store and found out she was on vacation, waited for her to call me when she came back in, didn't get a call, I called the store back and she wasn't there, I was told they left a note for her, and finally reached her when one of the baristas gave me her cell phone number. I was extremely persistent, and that passion I had actually ended up appealing to her!

The person you're trying to reach might genuinely be weighed down by other responsibilities, so they might appreciate your continuous reaching out to them. Like, they might need that reminder from you. If you still have it in you, definitely keep calling. You're not being annoying. Call other locations, too. I sent my app to five different locations.
