it’s frustrating but it’s more frustrating when people don’t wear their mask/wear it improperly and put people’s lives at risk. Id rather have someone repeat themselves 100 times than put any one of my coworkers or customers in jeopardy.

The issue isn’t face masks or shields. It’s that people still continue to speak at the same volume when we ask them to repeat themselves. It’s that people don’t enunciate properly.
