I’ve been working for a month and ours regularly stops by. The other day he even washed a few dishes 🥺 that being said it is mildly terrifying having them around

i see mine about monthly or so, but the only time she’s done floor work was on a really busy day when we had a machine down, and wait times were literally over any hour. she was on handoff trying to help explain 😂😂

I was new and working DTR and needed something on the fly and basically ordered this guy I hadn't seen before to grab it. Turns out it was the DM. I've seen him in the store two more times and I've only been a partner for three months.

My DM comes in all the time. She’s also an absolute sweetheart, often brings us donuts/pizza or big ass bags of candy and goodie bags! I’ve never seen her hop on bar and actually work behind the counter but I feel like if she had to she would in a heartbeat

Mine gave me a “customer first” pin for making tons of customer connections in the cafe. Not gonna lie I was kissing ass bc he was here lol. That was about a month ago and the only other time I’ve seen him was when I was still in training last year in February. I know he’s pooped in a few other times while I wasn’t here though.

I met mine like my second week at the store and got introduced to her

my DM was coincidentally there on my first day when i had my first sip with my SM and i met her then. she’s been in a few times since then for meetings or to assess different things in our store.

most recently, she sat in on my PDP! she’d been sitting in on random SM’s PDP conversations to see how they all did them and what worked and what didn’t. it was a really good conversation we had, it was amazing to be able to talk to my SM and DM at the same time about how i feel, where i want to go with the job, issues i’ve had that i could bring directly to her attention! and she had some really good ideas for things i could dive into :)

worked at one store for a few months and never met the DM and now i’ve been at my new store for 5 months and haven’t met this one either. she apparently came once on valentines day and i was off. i prefer it this way though lol

I've been working 6 months and have never seen mine and I also don't know her name 😬

I see mine maybe once or twice a week. I saw her today in fact and said hi.
