Shouldn't have looked up reviews for my store 🙃(self.starbucksbaristas)

I thought it might be funny to see things customers say about the specific store I work at, but seeing a random person specifically call me out by name and say I was rude is really making me feel awful.
Not trying to defend myself, but this is just the situation, that I do remember pretty clearly. I was on cafe bar during peak and was swamped with mobile orders being printed like every couple seconds. A customer came to pick up her drinks, and I handed them out to her. But the customer was upset about the way I spoke to her when she told me she wanted a venti and not a grande. I told her the sticker said grande so she only paid for a grande. And she told me that she was willing to pay for a venti, but she didn't want a grande. I told her there was nothing I could do right then, and to go to the front register and ask to pay for the difference.
She called me very very rude in the review, and the way I remember the situation is just that I was stressed and overwhelmed and upset and I couldn't understand why someone was asking me to process the price change on her drink that she ordered incorrectly when I had an endless queue of drinks and a full cafe.
But also, I am upset at myself because I know I'm not always great at plastering on a kind and pleasant smile, voice, and attitude when I feel like I'm drowning.

I have several reviews where I am named and called rude. In all of these instances I was polite and enforcing policy against ridiculous requests and harassment. I wouldn't sweat it, I think mine are hilarious.
Also, being a good polite barista through any situation isn't really realistic. When it's a 2 man peak in the DT, I'm not going to be nice by hour 6 of 8. I am but a human bean.

People have been so rude lately, I don't get it :( Someone asked for my name in the DT after she got all snappy over 1. it being loud and me asking her politely to repeat what she said and 2. she didn't have exact change and apparently expected me to pull a penny out of my ass for her. I feel like you can do everything right and still upset people, it really sucks.

this happened to me yesterday! we were swamped and she said she mobile-ordered a venti, but it was a Grande tag so i doubt it. she stood there and i told her to check her order. she stood there and i’m sure was pretty pissed. i feel horrible ut there were sooo many drinks to make.

I do not know how to look up reviews for my store, kinda glad cuz I don't think I want to know.... Karen's are so mean sometimes and I've learned that people only seem to leave a review if they are really happy or really angry.

You can go on Yelp or google reviews!

Idk, I would have just made it. Not worth the argument in the moment and it would spare you the stress of worrying about it now.

I said the same thing snd for so many down votes on my comment. I remember when the company and baristas cared more about making the customer happy. It was part of the appeal of Starbucks, IMO. but now we have winey people working who don’t care about customer service

Not for nothing but you could’ve made the moment right and just made it a Venti without having to do a price difference. Would’ve made the customer happy and been relatively quick.

It wouldn't have been relatively quick when it was a complicated drink and I already had a large queue of orders. Also my SM is big on not giving people something they didn't pay for. Especially since it was a mistake on her part and not mine.
